Why Mary provides FREE SHIPPING Australia wide for orders over $150. Standard shipping for orders under $150 is calculated at $10.
International Shipping will be charged at a flat rate of $30.
We can now provide DDP (delivered duties paid) shipping to United States and import duties will be pre calculated and charged at checkout.
Kindly please note:
International shipping to countries that do not have a ‘de minimus’ threshold on imported items, currently we can not facilitate DDP shipping and the these charges will be the responsibility of the receiver.
Upon receipt of payment, packages are dispatched within 1-2 business days and shipped via Australia Post with tracking. If you require Express Post, please contact us to arrange, however additional charges may apply.
RETURNS or EXCHANGES for wrong fit will be accepted within 14 business days of purchase. Please email us at info@whymaryfashion.com as soon as possible quoting order number and reason for return.
We offer a merchandise credit for ‘change of mind’ on purchases if they
- are in original purchase condition with tags included
- have not been worn, washed, altered or damaged
Quality control is of a high standard however, if product is flawed in some way, a full refund will be given:
Returns will be processed within 5 business days unless otherwise advised by email.
Postage costs for returns/exchanges are payable by the customer and will only be reimbursed in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied orders.
