Refund policy

At WHY MARY, customer satisfaction is extremely important to our brand and great care is taken with quality control before shipment of our products. We want to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.

RETURNS will be accepted within 14 business days from purchase. Returns after this period will not be accepted. We offer an exchange, credit note or refund on full priced garments if they:
- Are in original purchase condition
- Have not been worn, washed, altered and damaged
- Have all original tags
The returns policy does not apply to sale garments unless they are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied.
 We will happily exchange for you or alternatively offer you a credit note to use at a later date.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days unless otherwise advised by email.

HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE:-
Exchanges are made at the original purchase price.
Please contact info@whymaryfashion.com to request the return.
Please provide your original order number with an explanation for your reason for return and if you require an exchange, credit note or a refund.
A reply paid satchel must be provided should you wish to exchange the garment.

Postage costs for return/exchange garments are payable by the customer and will only be reimbursed by Why Mary in the case of faulty or incorrectly supplied orders.
Return shipping must be prepaid with a traceable method to ensure secure delivery. Why Mary will not be responsible for missing returns lost in transit.
